Complaints Procedure

At Bradley Signature Homes, we value your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have in a fair and timely manner.

If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at Bradleysignaturehomes@gmail.com.

We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 7 working days.
A full response with a proposed resolution will be provided within 14 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, you may escalate your complaint. Please notify us, and we will escalate your concerns to our senior advisors and directors for further review.

Should the issue remain unresolved to your satisfaction after this stage, you have the option to refer your complaint to the Redress Mediation Scheme for independent review.
